Attracting the Roentgen Prize research team to Hangzhou
Since 2020, we have assisted Dr. Edward van Wyk and his research team establish collaboration in Hangzhou. The primary members of this research team hail from the group led by Professor Fritz-Albert Popp, a globally acclaimed expert in biophotonics and a Roentgen Prize recipient, a German biophysicist best known for his research on biophotons, which are weak emissions of light radiated by biological organisms. Popp’s work has been influential in the fields of biophysics and alternative medicine, particularly concerning the study of how light and electromagnetic fields interact with living systems, where he is recognized as one of the pioneers in the field.
