The voyage had begun
Founded in 2003, the group embarked on a journey as a pioneering education technology service provider dedicated to transforming educational landscapes across the Asia Pacific region. Initially focusing on serving educational institutions from K12 to tertiary levels, we quickly established our group as a trusted partner in enhancing learning environments through innovative technology solutions.
By 2013, we diversified into education services sector and expanded our influence and was honored to be appointed as the Malaysian representative office of Nanjing University, solidifying its reputation as a bridge between Malaysians counterparts and this prestige University in China (2013 – 2019). This pivotal role continued to evolve as we facilitated significant partnerships, including assisting A&A International Education, a prominent student placement agency in China and Australia, in establishing its market presence in Malaysia from 2016 to 2019. Throughout this period, the group had initiated and successfully executed multiple curated study abroad and exchange programs for institutions spanning Australia, China, Malaysia, Singapore, and the U. S. A.
The year 2018 witnessed the group, after having dialogues with Hangzhou municipal government, pioneering the conceptualization of the China-Malaysia high-end talents exchange, research collaboration, and incubation platform. This initiative aimed to foster innovation and knowledge exchange across both regions, laying the groundwork for future collaborative endeavors.
In 2019, we extended our expertise beyond education into international relations, facilitating USAINS Holding of Universiti Sains Malaysia to collaborate with China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE) to establish a CQEAIE-USM China collaboration office in Chongqing, marking a milestone in fostering bilateral educational and research initiatives between Malaysia and China.
Building on our commitment to innovation, the group, with the endorsement of Hangzhou municipal government and many renowned universities in Malaysia, co-founded the China-Malaysia Innovation and Creativity Centre (CMIC) in 2022.
CMIC is to carry out the mandate to provide sustainable strategy on the needs of talent, technological innovations and market competitiveness for both regions. CMIC became a hub for fostering creativity, entrepreneurship, and technological advancements, further enhancing bilateral relations, academic and economic cooperation between China and Malaysia. Since then, CMIC facilitated over 30 initiatives on talents, technologies collaboration, international delegation and collaborations with an impact value of over RMB1.1 Billion.
In 2023, the group established the Malaysian secretariat office of CMIC, reinforcing its presence and cementing its role as a pivotal player in fostering cross-border collaborations and innovation initiatives.
By end of 2022, we expanded our operational footprint with multiple offices across China, strategically positioned as project liaison offices to oversee and enhance ongoing cross-border collaborative projects. By mid of 2023, our operation area with CMIC expanded to provision of 5,000m2, up from ithe initial operation area of 1,500m2 with 3 operation and representative offices in the progress within Zhejiang Province, and our workforce in China doubled by the end of 2023. This expansion underscored our commitment to facilitating seamless international partnerships and advancing educational and technological innovation across borders.

We have remained steadfast in our mission to drive educational excellence, foster international cooperation, and spearhead innovation initiatives that transcend geographical boundaries, solidifying its position as a leader in the global education and innovation ecosystem.
